WHO ARE WE

 

 The Tallyho Fitness Group is a group of about 100 men ranging in age from the mid thirties to early seventies and who all have a common interest in wanting to keep fit.    The Group has been running for 39 years.  It commenced in 1970 with its origins being an outcome of the 'Life Be In It' campaign.
 
In 2010 we will celebrate our 40th anniversary.
 
 
The Group is all about keeping fit, through reactional fitness group sessions by personal training, running, jogging, walking, cycling, swimming, aerobics, boxercise, light weights and general exercise, at your own easy pace and having a laugh with a great bunch of blokes from all walks of life.

WHERE DO WE MEET

Program starts at 7a.m. each Saturday at the nominated venue.   Wesley College Games Hall is situated at the rear of the college at 620 High Street Rd, Glen Waverley.    Entrance to the Games Hall is via the end of Edith Street.
