2013 Rowena's Back in Town

It was fantastic to have Rowena back in town to lead another of her dynamic training sessions. A real workout was given to all as this bright and bubbly ball of energy took us through her routines to ensure that we all left the hall felling fitter and more stimulated than when we arrived.
